• Why should I choose Lazy Lee?

    We believe that our New Zealand made products not only offer a great space saving solution for basically any situation, but also believe that we are one of the most innovative furniture companies in market. We will always strive to design new products to ensure that your items are organised, and your friends are jealous.

  • Can you design/build me a custom wardrobe or kitchen that include your products?

    No, all of the products on our site are sold as is and are delivered as a flat-pack set for you to conveniently assemble. If you would like to speak to someone about a fully customised wardrobe solution/design that includes our Lazy Lee products, we have strategically developed a network of approved Lazy Lee Resellers that can help to fully design your wardrobe that can integrate any of our Lazy Lee units.

  • I want to buy a unit, but can you install it for me?

    We do have an installer listed on our Reseller page who you can contact in the Auckland area, also our approved Lazy Lee Resellers maybe able to assist with your install separately. Please keep in mind that our Resellers will charge an installation fee based on their hourly labour rate.

  • I'm not sure your product will fit my space, how can I tell?

    On each of our individual product pages we list out the measurements under the “Size Specifications” dropdown section below the “Add to Cart” button. Please review the size specifications and be sure to carefully measure the space where you want to place your unit. Due to size of the units and logistics expenses, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT FIT YOUR DESIRED SPACE, so it’s up to you to ensure it will be a perfect fit.

  • Do your products come with a warranty?

    We provide a 5 year warranty for all Lazy Lee Limited furniture including wardrobes, pantries, bedside tables, and all other products listed for sale on our website, and a 5 year warranty for all ROTAS™ rotational hardware included with every unit.

    Our warranties cover the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used.

    Our warranties are not transferable and do not cover products used for commercial purposes. Warranties do not cover finishing (including stitching, glue, nails, tacks) and they are subject to the Consumer Law of New Zealand.

  • What happens if I accidentally damage or lose parts to my Lazy Lee product?

    Contact us and we will work together to ensure a replacement part is sent directly to you, however; you will need to cover the cost of any parts and shipping outside of our warranties.

  • My product was damaged prior to arrival, what do I do?

    Simply contact us and we will ensure replacement parts, or an entire replacement unit, are sent immediately. It is very important that you take photos of any damaged goods as they will be required for filing and shipping insurance purposes.

    We will endeavor to right any wrongs directly caused by shipping companies, but we ask that you please be patient and cooperative with us through the process.

  • How quickly will I receive my order?

    All orders have a 14 – 21 business day lead time. White is 14 days and all other grains and colours 21 days. Also allow for shipping to your area on top of this.

    For example, if you place an order today and want it delivered immediately, your deliver date will be 14-21 business days from now.

    Note that the conditions above apply unless otherwise stated during peak holiday seasons, or otherwise indicated on our website.

  • Do you ship to Australia?

    We manufacture in Australia so you are able to purchase a unit there. www.lazylee.com.au

  • Where are your products manufactured?

    All Lazy Lee products are manufactured locally in New Zealand, and the ROTAS™ systems are imported from the United States of America. We believe in giving back to the New Zealand community as well as providing high-quality products to our local Kiwis.

  • How are your products packed?

    All of our products are packed as a multi flat-packed set, meaning that you will receive 5  boxes containing all of the pieces you need to assemble your Lazy Lee unit. Rest assured that your product will not get damaged during its delivery. Assembly instructions are also included with each purchase.

  • Can I customise one of your products?

    Unfortunately all of our products are fixed designs, meaning there is little to no room for customisation. If you have suggestions about something you would like to see us offer, please submit an enquiry to the “Contact us” page within the navigation banner above.

  • Do you offer financing?

    No we do not currently.

  • Is the ROTAS™ available to purchase on it's own

    In the very near future this will be a possibility, we are currently finalising details. If you are interested please contact us.
